Adding Measurable Value to Advisory Board Meetings

Challenged with the need to ensure review of materials prior to a face to face advisory board a large pharma company engaged Omni-HC. Omni-HC  not only conducted the advisory board  but also created an online closed loop  system which was used prior to the meeting. The digital tool helped  ensure full participant engagement and complete review of materials prior to the meeting.  This  case study was accepted and presented as a poster at the  2018 Medical Affairs Professional Society Meeting  annual meeting.

Empowering Patient Groups: ​Developing Consensus Among Pharma, Providers, Patients and Regulators

However, key specialty organizations, institutions and thought leaders disagree on a host of critical management issues. Omni-HC was recruited to assist a patient advocacy organization in the production of a consensus conference. Omni-HC was responsible for educating and empowering an international patient advocacy organization with the strategy, development and execution of the consensus conference.
